Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for receiving and processing daily sales orders, accurately completing business system operations, and maintaining efficient communication with clients.
2. Responsible for updating and maintaining daily cost data, as well as accurately entering and tracking ocean freight-related data.
3. Assist the department in organizing and managing meetings, handle the filing and management of relevant documents, and actively cooperate with cross-departmental collaboration.
4. Participate in the optimization testing of business systems, regularly monitor competitor dynamics, and provide basic data support for the sales team.
Job Requirements
1. Associate degree or above, with no specific major restrictions; Logistics and Transportation majors are preferred. Candidates with online marketing experience will be given priority.
2. Possess a strong sense of service and excellent communication skills, with a gentle personality and a proactive attitude. Capable of working under pressure, highly responsible, and possess outstanding time management skills and a strong desire to learn.
3. Align with the company's corporate culture, development direction, and core values. Willing to start from the grassroots level and build a solid foundation, with a clear long-term career plan.
4. Good English reading and writing skills, capable of handling daily English emails and business communication.
